What is Concierge Medicine? Do you take my insurance? Answers to these and several other questions are below. If you cannot find your answer, please reach out to us at Doc@ForewardHealth.com.
Concierge medicine is a model of medicine in which the patient pays a retainer or membership fee. That fee allows the doctor to see fewer patients and spend more time getting to know them.
We currently do not offer special pricing for spouses/couples.
By paying a membership fee, you can call in and speak with a person without getting put on hold. You get to see the doctor when you need him rather than waiting for weeks. You have access to Dr. Stempky via phone, text, or email. You will have a doctor that truly knows you and your health issues.
We do bill insurance for medical needs, but unfortunately, membership fees are not covered by insurance at this time. Depending on your membership tier, you may still be responsible for co-pays and deductibles. Feel free to call us to talk further if you’d like.
Concierge medicine is not for everyone. But if you value your health and relationship with your doctor, it may be right for you. You can set up an appointment to meet with Dr. Stempky to see if it is the right fit.
If you have other questions that were not answered here, please call and set up a time to meet with Dr. Stempky.
Actually, this type of practice would be great for you. Many times we can do a virtual visit or a phone call and take care of your problem saving you a trip to the ER or urgent care.
